'Take off with the new team' is a moderated workshop that enables a manager to get to know his new or changed team better and vice versa. It lasts from ½ to 1 day and helps a new team to accelerate the work efficiency and to clarify mutual expectations. This workshop can be conducted either alone or in combination with the development of a team motto goal.

  • We strengthen the team cohesion by developing a Team Motto with all team members:

A team motto is a goal that reflects a common attitude for the whole team and strengthens cohesion. It is developed from the individual needs of all team members and is based on techniques of the Zurich Resource Model.
